This massive 4 volume boxed set was published in New York in 1926. The first two volumes of text include a biography of Stuart and descriptions of every painting reproduced in Volumes 3 and 4. Those descriptions include information about the subjects as well as publication and exhibit data and the current [then] owners.
In very good condition with its original slip case. Heavy!
