Baroque Brass Andirons

A rare pair of 17th century Dutch or Flemish brass andirons. They are an interesting construction with very substantial wrought iron billet bars connected to iron legs with scrolled feet and a threaded upright. There are then 4 separately cast brass elements that make up the visible front.
