Period Chippendale Coffee Table!!??

I didn’t do it! Coffee tables are a 20th century idea. This rather nice mahogany Pembroke table was cut down to coffee table height some years before we got. It is otherwise quite well preserved with its period brass pulls on both the working drawer and the faux drawer on the other end. The drop leaves give several options for its use.
