Chinese Export Armorial Porcelain Platter

A nicely painted export porcelain platter centered by an, as yet, unknown to us coat of arms. The floral swag border seems somewhat typical for French marker Chinese export porcelain and we believe the arms likely signify a French family. The platter is in excellent condition.
