Berlin Work Portrait of Empress Marie Louise

This sort of very finely cast iron work, often fashioned into jewelry, is said to have been started at the Royal Berlin Foundry and reached a peak when the Prussian royals asked their citizens to donate gold and silver to fund the war against Napoleon. It seems ironic to have a Berlin Work image of Napoleon’s Empress.
