A very carefully designed and constructed piece unlike any we have seen before. When closed it appears to be simply a fine quality Sheraton mahogany side table but, when opened, it is an elegant display cabinet with a glass cover and brackets to either side to hold a lamp or other accouterments. It is not signed, but is certainly the quality of pieces made by the famous Gillows firm and the legs appear to match some of their tables.
The display space measures 37.5 x 18 x 5.5
The brackets add 9.5 inches to either side when opened.
