This is an uncommonly large printwork picture and the first we have owned depicting a clearly identifiable scene. Chiswick is the Palladian to the West of London designed and built by the 3rd Earl of Burlington. The interesting waterfall and grotto depicted in the lower right was designed by William Kent.
In an appropriate modern frame. The needlework itself measures 23 x 21.5
